1- Cool Water: Always keep a bottle of water with you; it will keep you hydrated and refreshed.

2- Iced Tea: Refreshing, sweet and healthy, you can add fruits such as orange to iced teas to make it even healthier and taste better. Iced teas are also easy to make yourself at home, saving you money.
