Over 8K Armenian tourists at Red Sea resorts - ambassador

HURGHADA - 25 July 2017: Ambassador of Armenia in Cairo Armen Melkonian said Monday more than 8,000 Armenian tourists spent their holidays at Egypt's Red Sea resorts.

Meeting Red Sea Governor Ahmed Abdallah, the ambassador said direct flights linking the two countries play a vital role in boosting cooperation, especially in the areas of tourism, trade, and economy.

Egypt is an attractive tourist destination because it has beautiful beaches, especially the Red Sea, he added.
