CAIRO - 4 February 2023: The skies of the western mainland in Luxor Governorate witnessed the flight of more than 45 flying balloon flights carrying more than 1,200 tourists from around the world, in order to enjoy the magic of the warm winter weather in the morning.
 
The flights on Saturday had the first adventure trip over the temples, pharaonic tombs, and the charming nature and the Nile River, two days after the cancellation of flights due to bad weather and wind speed.
 
The representative of the balloon flying companies in Luxor says that all balloon companies launch their flights in the sky on a daily basis amid strict compliance with civil aviation instructions, which maintain the security and safety of the participants by following strict precautionary and preventive measures
 
The adventure begins with foreigners on that exhilarating journey at dawn, by bringing tourists from the hotels and boats in which they reside at 4:30 a.m. in the morning, and they are served breakfast with tea and coffee to emphasize good hospitality, and the Nile boats transfer them to the western mainland. 
 
Tourists are then transported by tourist buses to the Flying Balloon Airport. 
 
Luxor witnesses the flight of flying balloon trips in Luxor throughout the year, but in the winter season the demand for trips increases, as tourists from around the world enjoy the most important tourist trips that attract everyone on the western mainland, as safety measures for trips include daily sterilization of all balloons continuously. 
 
Operated in West Luxor, air balloon flights are among the  most important adventure trips in the world, especially with Luxor being one of the most famous global cities in this field due to its warm atmosphere and extensive preparations.
