CAIRO - 16 July 2017: “A sea turtle came out of the sea on one of the tourist beaches in Marsa Alam in the Red Sea to lay its eggs. The officials working at the Blue Ocean diving center at Marsa Abu Dabab, have made wooden walls to protect the nest until the egg hatches and the small turtle comes out to life, they also prepared a safe passage towards the sea,” the Egyptian Marine Environment noted on Saturday on their official Facebook page, which is an informal page for raising awareness of the marine environment in the Red Sea and the Mediterranean sea.

Marsa Alam is a city located in the south-east of Egypt, on the western shore of the Red Sea and is considered to be one of the most important destinations for Scuba diving. The coral reefs along the coast with its various colors, dolphins, turtles and sharks make a live panorama under water.
