Understanding female birth control methods ‘contraceptives’

CAIRO – 11 July 2017: Family planning services represent a comprehensive approach that includes educational, medical and/or social activities to allow individuals to freely attain their desired number of children and determine the spacing of pregnancies.

In addition, family planning services promote people’s choice of suitable birth control methods ‘contraceptives’ and the treatment of infertility. Unplanned child-bearing severely affects the mother, it also has serious repercussions on the child as well as the father.
