ET reviews cultural, artistic events of the day

CAIRO – 7 March 2021: A number of artistic and cultural events will take place on March 7.

At 12 p.m., Al-Sennari House, affiliated to the Cultural Communication Sector at Bibliotheca Alexandrina, is organizing a free symposium open to the public under the title "The Art of Decoration and Interior Design".

Additionally, Egyptian sculptor Ahmed Asqalany will launch his new exhibition "What if?" at 7 p.m. in Demi Gallery, Zamalek, and at 8 p.m., renowned Egyptian singer Ahmed el-Haggar will perform a concert in Sayed Darwish Theater in Alexandria Opera House. 

The Bibliotheca Alexandrina is holding an online meeting at 7 p.m. with director Mohamed Saqr about the role of music in audio tapes. The works of the directors: Youssef Chahine, Theo Angelopoulos, and the musicians: Ryuichi Sakamoto and Elene Carendro will be reviewed.
