Egypt’s National Center for Translation holds exhibition with up to 70% discount on some publications

CAIRO – 2 March 2021: The National Center for Translation is holding an exhibition of some of the center's translated publications, on the sidelines of the International Women's Day. The exhibition runs until March 10, with discounts of up to 70 percent at the main outlet in Al-Gezira.

The National Center for Translation has recently launched the first edition of Tharwat Okasha Award for Translation with the aim of encouraging translators, who have the talent and knowledge, to embark on the translation paths to and from Arabic in the fields of audiovisual arts.

The Award Secretariat receives the participating works and nominations at the center's headquarters in the Training and Awards Department every day from March 1 to April 15 from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m.  except for Fridays and Saturdays.
