CAIRO – 9 February 2021: The Italian Culture Institute confirmed that within the framework of the 48th Ennio Flaiano Prize - Department of Literature, the 20th International Prize for Italian Studies for 2021 has been launched, aiming to promote Italian culture in the world.

 

According to the statement published on the institute's website and social media accounts, the award is promoted and organized by the Edoardo Tiboni Foundation and the Ennio Flaiano Cultural Organization, in cooperation with the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and the Italian cultural institutes abroad.

 

The prize is awarded to three authors, provided that their works deal with Italian culture and that they have been published abroad, whether in Italian or other languages.
