CAIRO – 7 February 2021: The Heliopolis Association continues to present its artistic and cultural activities, as part of the programs accompanying the mid-year vacation and throughout the month of February, in an attempt to develop the talents of children in all fields.

Nabil Helmy said that the association offers a variety of artistic and interactive workshops, including the plastic art workshop, which takes place in the Heliopolis Library on Saturday and Monday of every week and which seeks to expand children's artistic perceptions and introduce them to different types of arts.

On Friday of every week, Heliopolis Library carries out a workshop on Arabic calligraphy that includes practical training lessons for participants on how to draw letters and points according to the correct rules.

Helmy also indicated that the association organizes in the “Mostaqbal Library” [Future Library], a course to learn computer skills and programming on Saturday and Tuesday of every week, in addition to a Photoshop course on Sundays and Wednesdays, which aims to teach participants the most important skills when using visual effects through the Photoshop program.

Moreover, Helmy stressed the continuation of the scientific shows about the world of dinosaurs at the Child Center for Civilization and Creativity, "The Children's Museum", which witnesses a massive turnout of children of different age groups, seeking to explore the world of dinosaurs, and learn about the history of this world in which dinosaurs lived 65 million years ago.

The dinosaur shows are held on Friday and Saturday of every week and include seven shows each running for 60 minutes.
