CAIRO – 16 November 2020: The 3rd International Scientific Conference on African Arts will launched on November 15 at the Academy of Arts.

In its third edition, the conference bears the title “Child’s Art – The Future of the African Continent”. It will resume until November 17.

It is worth noting that the Academy of Arts has held the three editions of the conference in just two years, carrying numerous important artistic researches.

Forty-five scientific papers in various disciplines of children's arts: musical arts, theatrical, plastic arts and children's games submitted to participate in the conference in the current edition, in addition to other axes concerned with raising the child among others.

Twenty-nine African professors from five different countries judged the submitted researches. The result of the research arbitration was the acceptance of thirty researches only.

More than ten researchers and innovators participate in the current edition, with presentations from their countries on children and childhood, whether from specialists coming to Egypt or from those who sent their researches from their home countries and countries of immigration.

The countries participating in the third edition of the conference are: Tunisia, Algeria, Comoros, Sudan, Morocco, Somalia, Guinea, Djibouti, Eritrea, the United Kingdom, Norway, South Sudan, Zambia and Libya.
