Numerous cultural, artistic events to be held on Nov. 11

CAIRO - 11 November 2020: A number of cultural and artistic events will be held in a number of creative centers on November 11, including the Egyptian-Russian Relations Symposium in the presence of the Minister of Culture, and the Film Decoration Workshop at the Cinema Culture Center.

 

The Supreme Council of Culture will host a symposium on Egyptian-Russian relations, at 6:30 p.m. in the hall of the Supreme Council of Culture, in the presence of Inas Abdel Dayem Egypt's Minister of Culture.

 

Also, the Supreme Council of Culture organizes a round table entitled: "The role of art in integrating and rehabilitating homeless children"; at 5 p.m. in the Arts Hall.

 

The round-table comes under the patronage of Inas Abdel Dayem, Secretary General of the Supreme Council of Culture Hisham Azmy and the Council's Child Arts Committee is organized by the author, Fatima el-Modoul.

 

The Talaat Harb Cultural Center holds at 11 a.m. a cultural and storytelling meeting for schoolchildren, as part of the celebrations of childhood holidays.

 

Zahra Salama will tell a story titled "The Championships of Egyptian Soldiers in the October 1973 War", in which she conveys the Egyptian army's heroics in the October War.

 

The Film Culture Center presents the workshop "Film School of Decoration" for free for amateurs and lovers of the art of decoration, at 6 p.m., at the headquarters of the Cinema Culture Center in Downtown.

 

Last but not least, an Arabic music concert by the Maestro Band, led by Iman Junaidi, will be hosted at 7 p.m. in El-Sawy Culture Wheel.
