CAIRO – 1 November 2020: The General Authority for Cultural Palaces continues -for the seventh consecutive day- the activities of the “People of Egypt” project for children [Cultural Integration] for the children of Aswan and Cairo by visiting the Egyptian Museum in Tahrir.

The children of Aswan and Cairo visited numerous locations throughout the program, including the Great Giza Pyramids, Abdeen Palace, the Hanging Church, the Coptic Museum in the Religions Complex, the National Zoo, Qaitbay Citadel and the Bibliotheca Alexandrina.

During the tour to the Egyptian Museum in Tahrir, the children listened to an explanation about the history of the museum’s construction and the most prominent of its holdings, which include antiquities and properties representing the Egyptian civilization in its various eras and its most famous kings.
