CAIRO – 28 October 2020: The General Authority for Culture Palaces at the Fayoum Culture Palace organized an artistic celebration on the occasion of the birth anniversary of the Prophet Mohammed (SAW), in the presence of the Governor of Fayoum Ahmed el-Ansari,  according to a statement issued by the General Authority for Cultural Palaces on Wednesday.

 

The events began with Ansari touring the exhibition on the art of philography or string art, on the sidelines of the ceremony. 

 

The speech of  Sheikh Magdy Ashour, the scientific advisor to the Mufti of the Republic, came about the morals of the Prophet Mohammed, and how he used to ward off harm with tolerance, good manners, and rejecting fanaticism.

 

Galal Othman, head of the Central Administration of Greater Cairo and North Upper Egypt, spoke about the importance of the soft power of Egypt represented in arts and literature, which the cultural palaces implement to the fullest to support the cultural movement in Egypt, 

 

In the end, the palace’s Religious Chanting Group led by Maestro Ali Zaki made an artistic performance that included an anthology of religious songs.
