Bayt al-Sinnari presents free workshop for drawing on canvas on Oct. 26

CAIRO – 26 October 2020: The Bayt al-Sinnari (Sinnari House), affiliated to the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, is organizing a free workshop for youth to learn the art of drawing on canvas, on October 26.

The workshop focuses on knowing the basic tools for drawing on canvas, such as: cotton fabrics, brushes, papers, pins, and decorative pieces, as well as the steps of drawing on the canvas, starting from bringing fabrics and fixing them using barriers, to painting them, gluing, putting decorations and final touches.

Painting on canvas is a great way to give new life to old clothes, upholstery, or any other fabric that needs a revamp.
