Numerous cultural, artistic activities to be held on Sept. 23

CAIRO – 23 September 2020: A number of cultural and artistic events will be held on September 23, including concerts and seminars at the Supreme Council of Culture, and performances at the Egyptian Opera House.

Egypt’s Supreme Council of Culture is holding a symposium at 6 p.m. in the Hall of the Supreme Council of Culture under the title "The Senate ... An Analytical Reading in the Political Scene", which is organized by the Committee on Economic and Political Science in the Council.

In a different context, the Cairo Opera Troupe, under the supervision of its artistic director Iman Mostafa, begins its new artistic season on September 23 with two concerts directed by Hisham al-Tali that present selections from the most famous musicals and international works in four languages: French, Italian, German and English, with the participation of the Cairo Opera Orchestra and the Cairo Opera Choir led by Maestro Hisham Gabr.
