CAIRO – 17 September 2020: Artist Farouk Hosni, the former Egyptian minister of culture, visited on September 16 the fifth “Treasures of Our Art Museums 5: Selection of European Art” exhibition held in the Arts Complex [Aisha Fahmy Palace] in Zamalek.

 

“I enjoyed watching the wonderful works of the world's great artists; I am feeling proud of Egypt's possessions of international art and dazzling treasures," Said Hosny.

 

Hosny also expressed his appreciation of the exhibition’s displaying scenario, saying “I am also pleased with the exhibiting scenario of these works, which reflects their value and highlights their importance, taking advantage of the archaeological value of the palace.”

 

It is worth noting that the exhibition includes over 100 artworks from the possessions of numerous art museums nationwide.
