CAIRO – 14 September 2020: Egypt’s Culture Minister Inas Abdel Dayem launches a series of seminars entitled “Cultural Relations” held in cooperation between the External Cultural Relations Sector and the Supreme Council of Culture.

 

The seminars will kick off on September 16 at 6:30 p.m. in the main hall of the Supreme Council of Culture with the seminar "Egypt Mexico - Cultural Relations".

 

Abdel Dayem said that the “Culture Relations” seminars come within the framework of efforts to strengthen ties between Egypt and various countries, shedding light on the cultural exchange activities among people of different cultures.

 

Moreover, Abdel Dayem added that every evening in the series hosts the particular country's ambassador to introduce the culture of their country, with a focus on the cultural ties that bind this country with Egypt throughout history.

 

She added that the title of the first symposium was chosen to coincide with Mexico's celebrations of its National Day. The minister confirmed that the events will be broadcast on the Conference Secretariat official YouTube channel.
