CAIRO – 23 August 2020: Egyptian singer Nesma Mahgoub to perform at Cairo Opera House on August 28.

Mahgoub will also perform a concert at Alexandria Opera House's Sayed Darwish Theater as part of the summer concerts on August 26.

During the concert, Mahgoub is scheduled to sing a distinctive collection of her well-known songs as well as the songs of the stars of the golden era, including; “Alf leila wa leila” (1000 nights), “Bel’Aks” (Opposite), “Ahsan Nas” (The best people), in addition to a selection of songs of prominent Lebanese singer Fairouz.

The young artist has been associated with music since her childhood. She started singing at the age of 10 and then received training at the Opera House for 7 years. Mahgoub was able to sing in several languages besides her piano mastery.

Her real breakthrough came on the artistic scene through her participation in a talent program, where she won the first place after a fierce competition with a number of participants from different Arab countries. Since then, Mahgoub has managed to build a wide fan base.
