CAIRO – 9 August 2020: Egypt’s Supreme Council of Culture will hold a cultural conference entitled "The Egyptian Knowledge Bank - Achievements and Aspirations" with Minister of Education Tarek Shawky on August 10 at 4 p.m. 

 

The conference will take place at the Supreme Council of Culture, while applying all the precautionary measures to combat the novel coronavirus, and will be broadcast on the council's YouTube channel. It will be moderated by Ghada Toson, and a number of specialists in the field of publishing.

 

It is noteworthy that the Supreme Council of Culture presents Read with Us initiative, which aims to create the largest possible space for communication between writers and creative people from different countries of the world.

 

The Ministry of Culture’s portal contains rare cultural content.  The slogan of the portal and its aim is to reach 100 million Egyptian intellectuals, and to spread the Egyptian culture and raise its stature among the countries of the world. 

 

The portal also facilitates the services provided by the ministry through its offices in various governorates by allowing citizens to apply for the services and obtain the necessary licenses online.
