Egypt's Min. of Culture prepares entertaining program for Eid al-Fitr - slideshare

CAIRO - 21 May 2020: Minister of Culture Inas Abdel Dayem confirmed that an entertainment program of the shows to be broadcast on the Ministry of Culture's YouTube channel has been prepared.

The program set by the ministry comes within the activities of the e-initiative "Stay At Home. Culture Is Between Your Hands".

The minister of culture also referred to the continuation of the free cultural services provided by the official website of the ministry at: http://www.moc.gov.eg/ar/home/

The program of the Ministry of Culture for Eid al-Fitr includes the following:

●Virtual visits to museums and exhibitions.

●Making the Ministry of Culture's publications, translations of international prints, and rare national historical documents available for downloading and reading.

Eid al-Fitr celebrations will launch at 2 p.m. on the first day of Eid al-Fitr, and will continue for three days; the celebrations will come as follows:

●Various shows of the National Circus for Children at 2 p.m.

●“Start Your Dream to be the International Actor" project at 8:30 p.m.

●Concerts for the singing stars Assi el-Hallani - Wael Jassar and Kazem el-Saher at 9 p.m.

●The play "Lolli", directed by Murad Munir, and starring Mohammed el-Helw, Faiza Kamal, Ahmed Maher, Sami al-Adl and Aisha al-Kilani.

●The play "Seret Hob", directed by Adel Abdo and starring Ehab Fahmy, Magdy Sobhi and Marwa Nagy.

●The play “El Khalta El Sehreya Lel Sa’ada” [The Magic Mixture of Happiness], directed by Shadi el-Dali and starring Fatma Mohammed Ali - Mohammed Hefzy and Fahd Ibrahim at 10:30 p.m.

●Selected episodes of "Fawazeer Cinema Egypt" [Cinema Masr Riddles] at 6 p.m.

It was decided to set Saturday, May 30 as the last date for receiving answers to the email: e.m.culture@gmail.com.

The winners will be announced on Monday, June 8, in a live broadcast on the Ministry of Culture channel on YouTube.
