CAIRO - 6 January 2020: Famed singer Assala is set to perform two concerts in the month of January.
The first concert will be held on Jan. 10 and is a charity concert dedicated to cancer patients, while the second concert will be held on Jan. 17 at the main stage in Dubai International Village.
Assala posted a comment on her official Instagram account, stating: “Good morning ... With great regret and sorrow, I announce a permanent separation from the father of my sons (Adam and Ali), and I wish no one intervenes in the details. As usual, I will strive to shoulder my responsibility for my children, and nothing will discourage me from carrying out my duty towards them. As long as your kind hearts are with me providing the support I need so much, I will always remain loyal to my small and big families. I will do my best when it comes to my career, to match your expectations.”
Assala had spoken on more than one occasion about the rumors of separation from Eryan, but in a way that does not confirm or deny them, asking the media to stay away from her personal life.
At the same time, her daughter Sham has been uploading songs about betrayal on her accounts on social media, which reinforced the idea that her mother separated from her husband.
On Jan. 4, Assala, accompanied by Kuwaiti singer Mutref al-Mutref, performed a concert in Kuwait’s international Festival Expo, titled "A Night of a lifetime".
