Ismailia Fest. signs agreement with Chinese cultural Center

CAIRO - 18 December 2019: The Chinese cultural advisor met with President of the National Center for Cinema Souad Shawqi and president of Ismailia Film Festival for Documentaries and Shorts Issam Zakaria to sign a cooperation agreement between the festival and the Chinese Cultural Center.

The activities of the 22nd edition of the festival set to be held from April 8-14 include a cinematic program, a musical celebration and performances by troupes of Chinese folklore arts.

It is worth mentioning that Ismailia International Film Festival for Documentaries and Shorts is held annually by the National Center for Cinema in the charming city of Ismailia, Egypt to encourage the makers of documentary and short films and promote an intercultural dialogue for a deeper understanding of others through their creative works.
