CAIRO – 7 December 2019: Lebanese star Assi el-Hellani will perform New Year Eve concert in one of the five-stars hotels in Egypt.

Hellani performed a concert in the Cairo Opera House on November 8 as part of the Arab Music Festival’s 28th edition, where he performed a wide selection of his old and new songs.

The Lebanese star recently cheated death as he slipped into a coma after falling off his horse during equestrian. He stayed for several days in the hospital, where late director Simon Asmar -who discovered Hallani at the beginning of his career-was also hospitalized.

In a different context, Hellani’s new song “Edhaky” amassed over 3 million views on YouTube. The song is written by Amer Lawend and composed by Ali Hassoun.

Hellani is currently putting the final touches on his latest album, which is expected to be released on numerous social media platforms in the upcoming period.
In his new album, the Lebanese star collaborates with many poets and composers, and performs more than one song in the Egyptian dialect.
Hellani is a renowned Lebanese singer who was born in 1970. His musical career started after winning the famous Lebanese TV program, “Studio Al Fan” (Art Studio) when he was 17 years old.
Hellani has released more than a dozen albums, among his top hits "Wani Mareq Mareet", "Amshi Lihali", "Mali Saber", "Ahebbak Gedan", "Ahla Al Oyoun", "Shoag El Sahara", "Azabounii", "Bel Arabi", "Saalouni", "Ya Memah" and "Kayed Ozzalak.
