CAIRO - 4 September 2019: The president of the Polish delegation visited the special wing of the Egyptian General Book Organization located in the Moscow International Book Fair.

During her visit, the head of the Polish delegation called on Egypt to participate in the Poland International Book Fair.

The president also asked her delegation to participate in the 51st Cairo International Book Exhibition, as part of the free pavilions exchange between the two countries.

The Polish invitation was received by Abdel Nabi Ibrahim, representative of the Egyptian General Book Organization in Moscow. The invitation will be presented to Haitham el-Hag Ali, president of the General Egyptian Book Organization, for discussion and official response.

Deputy of the Emirati ambassador also visited the special wing of the General Egyptian Book Organization during his visit to the Moscow International Book Fair.

The Egyptian wing representing the General Egyptian Book Organization at the Moscow International Book Fair was also visited by the Egyptian ambassador to Russia and the Egyptian Cultural attaché.

It is worth mentioning that the Moscow International Book Fair launched on Sept. 4 and runs until Sept. 8.

The participation of the General Egyptian Book Authority in the Moscow International Book Fair comes within the framework of cultural exchange between the two exhibitions, since no rent was paid to accommodate the Egyptian pavilion there, while the Russian pavilion will also be free of charge in the 51st edition of the Cairo International Book Exhibition in an effort to strengthen the Egyptian-Russian relations.

The General Egyptian Book Organization is participating with approximately 150 books, in addition to a series of books for late Tharwat Okasha.
