CAIRO - 29 August 2019: The Cultural Development Fund sector in cooperation with the General Authority for Cultural Palaces will hold a seminar to screen the works of late Nobel prize winner Naguib Mahfouz at Cinema Palace in Garden City.
The seminar will be held at 8 p.m. on Aug. 29 and comes within the framework of the launching celebrations of Naguib Mahfouz’s Museum. The seminar will be titled “Naguib Mahfouz’s Cinema”.
Prominent writer Youssef Al-Qa'id, Ezzat el-Alayli, Mustafa Moharam, Kamal Abu Rayya will all be attending the seminar which will be moderated by Tamer Abdel Moneim.
The seminar will be followed by the screening of "Ahl Al Qemma" written by Mahfouz and directed by Ali Badrakhan. The film is starring Souad Hosni, Nour el-Sherif and Ezzat el-Alayli.
