Egypt’s Public Library organizes Indian Cultural Day on Aug. 8

CAIRO - 8 August 2019: In cooperation with Maulana Azad Center, Egypt’s Public Library is organizing an Indian Cultural Day under the title "India Day" on Aug. 8 at 3 p.m.

The cultural day includes several events, starting with a meeting with the director of the Maulana Azad Cultural Center, entitled "India and Egypt ... Civilization and Heritage", followed by the screening of a documentary entitled "The Spirit of India", and a short film about the life of leader Mahatma Gandhi. The cultural day also includes a plastic exhibition.

The cultural day concludes with the most famous Indian heritage dance shows, performed by an Indian band on the library's open theatre.
