CAIRO - 15 July 2019: Minister of Culture Inas Abdel Dayem witnessed the final rehearsals of the National Folklore Ensemble in preparation for their participation in the events of the Egyptian-Canadian cultural society festival.

The festival is set to be launched on July 12 and run until July 16, offering a huge artistic program. The ensemble will also participate from July 17 to 30 in the Carolina Festival in the United States of America.

The band, led by Dr. Mahmoud Sabry, will present a wide range of artistic tabloids including “El Agouz”, and “Om el Kholoul”, among others.

The rehearsals were also attended by director Khaled Galal, the head of the Cultural Production Sector, the head of the Central Administration of the Art House for Popular and Performing Arts, the former President of the Academy of Arts, and the director general of the cultural and artistic activity in the cultural production sector, among others.
