CAIRO – 8 June 2017: Renowned Indian actor Shah Rukh Khan’s manager, Pooja Dadlani, confirmed Tuesday that Ramez Galal’s prank show, Ramez Tahet El-Ard (Ramez underground), is fabricated and the Indian star’s reaction was scripted, according to Indian newspapers.

“Yes, it was staged and Shah Rukh Khan was aware and was acting as if he was fiercely angry,” Daldani added.

The Indian newspaper Al-Alam mentioned that Shah Rukh Khan was paid $400,000 (7.2 million EGP) to get pranked on the show, and another Indian news publication stated that it was just a plan to entertain the audience and even’s Khan’s reaction was scripted.

Ramez Tahet El-Ard is a prank show screening this ramadan where Egyptian actor Ramez Galal hosts celebrities pretending to be attending a typical interview before being pranked.
