Alexandria Opera Orchestra to perform concert on April 2

CAIRO - 1 April 2019: The Egyptian Opera House headed by Magdy Saber will hold a concert for the Alexandria Opera Orchestra on April 2 led by Maestro Magdy Baghdadi in Alexandria Opera House's Sayed Darwish Theater.

The concert’s program includes a collection of the most popular international compositions. It is worth noting that the Alexandria Opera Orchestra was founded in 2004 by late Gehad Dawoud. Since 2008, Niveen al-Mahmoudi has been in charge of the orchestra. The orchestra includes a group of academic Alexandrian musicians, who participated in many international and local festivals achieving great success.
