CAIRO - 26 March 2019: Director Raouf Abdul Aziz called for intensifying the filming of his new series "Qamar Hadi" starring Hani Salama to 14 consecutive hours daily to be able to complete the filming of the first few episodes before Ramadan.

The series revolves around a notorious drug dealer named Hadi Abul Makarem. Makarem, who owns a luxurious car agency and uses it to launder money from his drug trade. Eventually, the notorious drug dealer starts to have numerous altercations with his competitors.

Star Hani Salama falls in love with Yousra el-Lozi during the events of the series and gets involved in a murder; his older brother, played by Mohsin Mohiuddin, reports him to police.

"Qamar Hadi" is written by Islam Hafez and directed by Raouf Abdel Aziz. The series is the production of Synergy.

The series is the third cooperation between Salama and Abdel Aziz after previously working together in “Fook el-Sahab” (above the clouds) and “Taqet Noor”, both achieving great success at the time of their release.
