CAIRO – 25 August 2018: Faia Younan competes with veteran singer Assala over the “Best Syrian Female Singer” award at the Daf Bama Music Award 2018.

The final list of Arab nominees participating has been issued by the Daf Bama management. Each nominee represents a different competing Arabic country.

Participating Arabic countries are; Egypt, Syria, Palestine, Tunisia, Morocco and Algeria.

The trio Younan, Assala Nasri, and Nassif Zeytoun are competing to win Best Syrian Artist Award for this year.

Voting for the stars participating in the Daf Bama Music award will be online and through social media platforms.

Competing Egyptian artists are Amr Diab, Mohamed Mounir, Tamer Hosny, Sherine Abdel Wahab and Mohamed Hamaki.

Competing artists from Palestine include Mohamed Assaf and Yacoub Shaheen.

Competing artists from Tunisia include Saber Rebai and Latifa.

Competing artists from Morrocco include Saad Lamjarred, Samira Said along with Eldozy.

The Daf BAMA MUSIC AWARDS is an international multicultural music award show presented by Daf Entertainment based in Hamburg, Germany. It has been created to honor artists from all over the world and at the same time unite the world with music.

Awards are presented to the best and most successful musicians in Europe, Asia and Africa.
