CAIRO – 14 August 2018: Super stars Ahmad el-Sakka and Mohamed Imam unite in a new movie. The details of the upcoming project are yet to be discussed before being exposed to the public soon in an official announcement.

The director of the movie is still undecided, but it is known that the project is going to be an action movie.

Sakka and Imam first worked together in 2012 in a television series titled “Khotot Hamra” (Red Lines). The television series starred Yusra el-Lozy, Ahmad Rizk, Monzer Rehana, Ahmad el-Sa’dany and others, and was directed by Ahmad Shafik.

It is worth mentioning that Sakka is set to film his new TV series that will be broadcasted in Ramadan 2019. The star is also preparing to film a second series written by Baher Doweidar and produced by Synergy Productions.

Sakka has been one of the most prominent actors in Egypt in the past couple of decades. Most of the movies in which he starred throughout his acting career gained exceptional success, such as; “Mafia”, “Al-Jazira” (The Island) and “Taimour we Shafika” (Taimour and Shafika).

Imam is a young comedy/action/drama actor. He is the son of veteran comedian Adel Imam. The star was born in September 1984. His first television series was “Canaria Wa Shorka`oh” (Canaria and His Partners) in 2003, starring alongside Farouk al-Fishawy.
