CAIRO – 31 July 2018: After a hiatus of 16 years, comedy star Mohamed Henedy returns to the theatre and competes with a new play "Sera’a Fel Villa" (Struggle in the Villa).

The play is going to compete against the films produced for Eid El Adha season (Muslim celebrations).

The show is written by Ahmad Abdallah and directed by Mohamed el-Hawary.
Currently, Henedy is rehearsing and the final commercial poster for the play is going to be released within the next few days.

Numerous stars are participating in Henedy's play and their names are yet to be announced.

Henedy’s last play was named "Tarae’eo", was directed by Samir el-Asfoury and was written by Nabeel Ameen. Stars Ala’a Morsy, Hanan Turk and Ghada Abdel Razek participated alongside Henedy in the play.

"Tarae’eo" revolved around the obstacles Egyptians may face in their daily lives. The main idea of the play was portrayed in a comic way supported by several dances.
Fares, a young man from Upper Egypt and the main character of the play, was sent to Cairo by his parents to pursue a successful academic career.

Unfortunately, Fares faced numerous obstacles that disabled him from reaching his main goal.
