CAIRO – 12 December 2017: Cinema Dal will be screening French film “Notre Musique “ (Our Music) (2004) on Wednesday.

Through writing and directing “Notre Musique”, French director and writer Jean Luc managed to create a cosmopolitan world of reality and fiction through many different visuals, recordings and artistic techniques. The film highlights morality, violence and many forms of abuses that resulted from colonialism.

The film revolves around the consequences resonating from wars including pain, death, and devastation that are resembled in many countries including the long-lasting conflict between Palestine and Israeli occupation.

Notre Musique stars Sarah Adler who previously played roles in films “Jellyfish” and “Marie Antoinette” , and Nade Dieu who played a role in film “Butterfly”. The war-oriented French film was screened at the “Out of Competition” at Cannes Festival in 2004.
