CAIRO – 6 November 2017: The Italian drama film “Mister Universo” will be screened on November 12 and 14 as part of the 10th Panorama for European Film.

It revolves around a young lion tamer who lives happily in circus caravans. He always carries a horseshoe for luck. One day, he loses the horseshoe that was given to him by his friend Mister Universo, so he decides to travel through Italy searching for him.

The movie is directed by Tizza Covi and stars Trio Caroli, Wendy Weber and Arthur Robin.

Released in 2016, it won the FIPRESCI Prize at the Locarno International Film Festival 2016.

The 10th Panorama of the European Film will run between November 8 and November 18. This edition will witness an expansion in film screenings in more governorates such as Port Said, Ismailia, and Mansoura.
