CAIRO – 7 September 2017: Egyptian Cultural Development Fund (CDF) will be participating in the third development exhibition, “China and Arab Countries 2017”, in China that will exhibit Egyptian heritage from September 6 to September 9.

The exhibition features the participation of Egyptian craftsmen from the Fustat Traditional Crafts Center including artists Nessma Hassan, Mai Ibrahim, and calligrapher Khaled Megahed, according to a released statement by Cultural Development Fund.

CDF seeks to reintroduce Egyptian heritage through local Egyptian artists and workshops in efforts to attract investments to the Egyptian crafts market.

The exhibition has been inaugurated by Egyptian Minister of Trade and Industry Tarek Kabil and has witnessed the participation of several Egyptian and Chinese companies who seek to endorse joint investments in various fields.
