CAIRO - 5 September 2017: The Egyptian famous band, Cairokee, will perform a concert for the first time in Damietta governorate in Ethmar compound on Thursday, September 7 at 7 p.m.

The concert comes to celebrate the success of their latest album “No’ta Beida” (A White Drop). As usual, Cairokee is trying to present what is new and go to different governorates. Famous singers demanded recently that there should be opportunities to hold concerts in all the Egyptian governorates.

Cairokee is an Egyptian rock band that voices the social and political concerns of the youth. Although it was founded in 2003, their popularity sparked after the release of their revolutionary hit single "Soot al-Horreya" (Voice of Freedom).

Cairokee hit the summer season with their latest album “No'ta Beida” which consists of 10 songs. The main song, “No'ta Beda,” has already attained 1.6 million views on YouTube.

All the album’s tracks were screened as a video clip with the same classic format. All the band members wore black and performed in a hall, amid smooth camera movements and music instruments.

The first track, “No'ta Beida” examines individual inner conflicts, and how there are several things pulling us in different directions. The whole band acts as a chorus. The second part of the song is performed by singer Abdel Rahman Mohamed.
