CAIRO – 2 September 2017: Hazem Header will be creating a choreography called Storming Performance, that will be performed at the French Institute for Oriental Archaeology on September 13.

The performance will be held as part of the Breaking Walls Festival and it will be performed by the Nut Dance Company.

The concept of the performance is meant to reflect the human condition in which people experience the same situations in the name of habits and traditions.

The conflict between change and habit is one of the everlasting inner-fights and is one of the issues discussed in the performance, according to the event’s official Facebook page.

Considered to be the last performance produced by the Nut Dance Company, Storming seeks to expose different human experiences.

The Breaking Walls Festival is a contemporary arts festival that will run between September 7 and September 17.

The festival is expected to feature a number of international and local artists and a number of international art companies. It is organized by the French Institute in Egypt and the French Institute for Oriental Archaeology.
