CAIRO – 26 August 2017: The 70th edition of the Edinburgh Festival Fringe is hosting two Arabic shows on Saturday.

The First one is Dance Double Bill show, featuring “Running Away” and “Mayhkomsh”.
Running Away will be performed by Palestinian Yazan Iwaidat while Mayhkomsh will be performed by Egyptian Shaymaa Shoukry.

Both performances are connected to each other by the theme which revolves around the attempt to reflect the situation of an Arab young man/lady in today’s world.

The shows tackle the hardships and discriminations the Arab in this world that the Arab currently experience

A unique combination of comedy, d
ance, music and theatrical performance by Chill Habibi is the second Arabic presence in Edinburgh Festival Fringe in today’s program.

Chill Habibi will be performed by multi-nation group coming from various Arab and other countries including Egypt, Syria, Palestine, Morocco, and Scotland.

The performance aims to entertain the audience through a breakthrough of comedy.
The Edinburgh Fringe Festival is one of the biggest platforms for expressional arts. It was founded in 1947, and takes place in the capital of Scotland, Edinburgh.

A thousand performers from all over the world participate in the festival every year, ranging from dance, theatre, comedy, music and exhibitions.
