CAIRO – 16 August 2017: British star Daniel Craig has confirmed that he is ready to return as Agent 007 in the next installment of the James Bond film series, although added that it would be his final role for the character. The actor confirmed the news on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert on August 15, finally breaking a long and contradictory silence on whether or not he would return.

Craig joined a long list of actors who have brought the secret agent James Bond to life since 1954, starring in four Bond movies to date; 2006's ‘Casino Royale,’ 2008's ‘Quantum of Solace,’ 2012's ‘Skyfall’ and 2015's ‘Spectre.’ The next film, titled 'Bond 25' is slated for a 2019 release. The British actor has enjoyed more than just a career as the secret agent, however, and is known as one of Britain's most famous Royal National Theatre actors.
