Wust El-Balad is performing tonight at the BA

CAIRO- 4 August 2017: Egyptian band, Wust El-Balad, is performing at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina (BA) tonight as part of the 15th International Film Festival.

Wust El Balad consists of Adham El Saeid, Hany Adel, Ahmed Omran, Ahmed Omar, Asaad Nessim, Ehab Abdel Hameed (Bob) and Mohammed Gamal Al Din (Mizo).

The band was founded in 1999 creating soft rock tunes blending traditional Arabic sounds with modern and western tunes. They released three albums titled “Wust El Balad” in 2007, “Rubabekya” in 2011 and “Karakib” in 2014.

Wust El Balad cooperated with the famous "Sharmoofers" band on April 21 in a concert in Zamalek, which was attended by thousands of their fans.
