CAIRO – 1 August 2017: Egyptian folk singer Fatma Eid, is well known for her popular Egyptian songs in the 1970s.

She has 45 albums and sang at the Tunisian music festival Carthage 15 times besides having concerts in different countries such as Morocco, Syria, Germany and the USA .

However, it’s doubtable that she has ever imagined her daughter Shaimaa Elshayeb to team up with international Indian actor Shahrokhan.

Obviously Elshayeb’s face and attitude really resemble that of her mom but it seems that she is not following her footsteps in the art field.
El Shayeb sings the Arabic in Sharokhan’s latest movie “Jab Harry Met Sejal”.
The movie’s Arabic official song “Habibi Radha” was recorded in Egypt in participation with Sony music India production and producer Richard el Haj. Laha magazine reported

The Egyptian singer Shaimaa Elshayeb posted on Facebook a picture with international Indian stars Sharokhan and actress Anoshka Sharma in Dubai while preparing for the new movie “Jab Harry Met Sejal.”
Elshayeb commented on the photo saying that she has tried to tell him how Egyptians love him, and he promised her to come to Egypt soon.
