Superstar Amr Diab released his latest album “Habitak” on July 22, marking a new chapter in his remarkable musical journey with a collection of songs that blend romantic vibes with modern rhythms and the signature style that has defined his career for decades.
The album features 12 new tracks released across various music platforms, with the title track “Habetak” leading the project. The song features lyrics by Amir Teima, music by Amr Mostafa, and arrangements by Ahmed Ibrahim.
Through the album, Diab collaborates with a lineup of prominent Egyptian songwriters, composers, and producers, including Tamer Hussein, Ayman Bahgat Kamar, Mostafa Hadouta, Mohamed Yehia, Ehab Abdel Wahed, Nader Nour, and Osama El Hendy.
“Habetak” showcases a diverse musical mix, moving between romantic, emotional, and upbeat tracks, including songs such as “Lawla El Banat” (If It Wasn’t for the Girls), “El Alwan” (The Colors), “Ba’awel” (I’m Trying), “Enti Ganbi” (You’re By My Side), “Sebtek Teesh” (I Let You Live), “Tefrahak Tezaalak” (Makes You Happy, Upsets You), and “Et’akhar Etabna” (Our Apology Came Too Late).
The new album continues Amr Diab’s tradition of delivering music that captures the spirit of the season while maintaining his distinctive artistic identity. It also reunites him with some of the leading names in the Arab music industry, following a series of successful collaborations throughout his career.
With “Habetak,” Amr Diab adds another milestone to a legacy spanning more than three decades, reaffirming his status as one of the most influential and celebrated stars in Arab music.
