The Grand Egyptian Museum(GEM), the world’s largest archaeological museum dedicated to a single civilization, and Legacy Development and Management, have officially signed a collaboration agreementwith Phlog, Egypt’s leading photography platform and creative community, to launch “Framing Time” an ambitious photography education and cultural storytelling program designed to empower emerging photographers across Egypt.
The signing ceremony was attended by Dr. Ahmed Ghoneim, Chief Executive Officer of the GEM, Mr. Khaled Taher, Founder and Managing Director of Phlog, and Eng. Merette Elsayed, Chief Executive Officer of Legacy, marking the beginning of a long-term collaboration that bridges heritage, contemporary storytelling, and visual culture.

Commenting on the collaboration, Dr. Ahmed Ghoneim, CEO of the GEM, stated: “The GEM is committed to creating meaningful cultural experiences that connect heritage with contemporary creativity. Through Framing Time, we aim to support emerging talents and encourage new generations to engage with Egypt’s cultural legacy through photography and visual storytelling.”
