The Ramadan 2026 drama season will feature the series “Kolohom Beyhebo Moudy” starring Yasser Galal, in a new and different dramatic experience in which he steps away from social roles and historical epics, turning instead to light social comedy built on human contradictions and intertwined relationships.
Throughout the series, Yasser Galal portrays Moudy, a wealthy businessman who lives a life of nightlife and luxury, dealing with life according to mood and the moment. He marries more than once, which lands him in recurring situations full of contradictions and humorous crises.
The events also reveal a different side of his personality when he tries to get close to a down-to-earth woman who does not belong to his world or social class.
Egyptian star Ayten Amer appears as a working-class woman striving to preserve her independence and values. A relationship filled with comedic and human moments develops between her and Moudy, especially in light of the clear class and social differences between them, as shown in the official promo, which sparked wide engagement across social media.
“Kolohom Beyhebo Moudy” falls within the social comedy genre, relying on satirical situations drawn from real life while addressing themes of love, marriage, class differences, and the nature of human relationships in a light tone suited to the Ramadan viewing atmosphere.
The series features star-studded cast including Mervat Amin, Ayten Amer, Mostafa Abou Serie, Hoda El Etreby, Mohsen Mansour, Jory Bakr, Yomna Tolan and others. Kolohom Beyhebo Moudy is written by Ayman Salama and directed by Ahmed Shafik.
The series will air exclusively on ON Channel, alongside its digital release on the WATCH IT platform, as part of United Media Services’ Ramadan 2026 lineup, ensuring wide audience reach both inside and outside Egypt.
