After a Year-Long Ban, El Molhed (The Atheist) Set for Release in Egyptian Cinemas on December 31

More than a year after it was banned from screening due to its controversial content, Egyptian producer Ahmed El Sobky announced that the film El Molhed (The Atheist) will be released in Egyptian cinemas on December 31.

The film features a star-studded cast including Ahmed Hatem, Sherine Reda, Mahmoud Hemida, Hussein Fahmy, Tara Emad Sabreen, Naglaa Badr, and. The late Mostafa Darwish also appears as a guest star. The film is written by Ibrahim Eissa and directed by Mando El Adl.
