El Qesas (The Stories) film follows the story of a young Egyptian pianist who plans to travel to Vienna after an exchange of letters with an Austrian friend, set against the backdrop of Egypt’s political and social turmoil between 1967 and 1984.

 

 

Throughout his journey, he explores the depths of friendship, hardship and perseverance.
