Their extraordinary rendition captivated the audience, which included presidents, princes, kings, and international delegations, in the presence of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi.
Under the masterful direction of Nayer Nagui, Egyptian and international musicians united their talents to create a harmonious dialogue between civilizations, with the powerful voice of Sherine Ahmed Tarek weaving through every note. The performance celebrated not only music but the shared heritage that the Grand Egyptian Museum embodies.
Renowned soprano Fatma Said narrated the story of the Museum before taking the stage, captivating the audience with a spellbinding performance. Her voice, paired with mesmerizing pharaonic dances, transported attendees through time, bringing the grandeur of Ancient Egypt to life.
Reflecting on the significance of the moment, Fatma Said said, “With every step on the Grand Staircase, we come face to face with one of the great kings who shaped history.” She added, “The first law of justice was born in Ancient Egypt, the cradle of civilization.”
