Esaad Younis Honors President El-Sisi’s Role in Peace During “Nation of Peace” Celebration

At the Egypt: Nation of Peace celebration held in Cairo and attended by President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, acclaimed actress and TV host Esaad Younis delivered a heartfelt speech paying tribute to Egypt’s unwavering commitment to peace and stability in the region.

 

In her address, Younis expressed deep appreciation for President El-Sisi’s steadfast efforts to safeguard Egypt and uphold peace amid regional challenges.

 

“On behalf of all Egyptians, I extend our deepest gratitude to President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi for his steadfast commitment to protecting peace in our beloved region,” she said.

 

Welcoming the President’s return from Belgium, Younis added with emotion,

 

“Peace to you, Egypt, the land of peace. Greetings to President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, and welcome back safely from Belgium. You’ve once again made us proud, just as you always do.”

 

Reflecting on the essence of peace, she continued,

 

“Peace isn’t just a word. It’s the faith of a nation and the will of its people. It’s a blessing from God that we sometimes take for granted until something shakes our sense of safety and reminds us of its true worth.”

 

Younis highlighted Egypt’s enduring role as a cornerstone of regional stability, stressing that the country has always borne responsibility for the crises facing its neighbors—particularly the Palestinian cause.

 

“Egypt always feels responsible for all regional issues, especially the Palestinian one,” she affirmed.

 

She went on to commend President El-Sisi’s diplomatic efforts, noting his pivotal role in initiating the Sharm El-Sheikh Agreement, a move aimed at ending the suffering of the Palestinian people and paving the way toward lasting peace.

 

“President Sisi has decided to put an end to the suffering of the Palestinian people through the Sharm El-Sheikh Agreement, paving the way for lasting peace,” Younis said.

 

Closing her speech, she praised the President’s patience and wisdom in pursuing stability across the region.

 

“With patience, wisdom, and unwavering determination, President Sisi continues his mission to achieve peace and stand firmly by the Palestinian cause.”
