The official trailer and poster for the highly anticipated romantic drama “Hepta: The Last Debate” have been unveiled.
This standalone sequel to the Hepta universe explores new stories and characters, each facing emotional challenges, while staying true to the deep human themes that fans have come to love.
The movie will be released in cinemas across Egypt on October 8 and in the Arab region on October 9.
Set in today’s tech-driven world, the trailer reveals a contemporary human story where technology intersects with our choices and emotions, playing a pivotal role in shaping modern relationships. It invites the audience to reflect on the meaning of love and the way we experience emotions today, highlighting that these feelings remain a common factor across different times and media.
The story begins with a live debate led by Sara (played by Menna Shalabi), who presents four intertwined tales that offer a fresh perspective on love, challenging the audience to ask: Can technology ever replace the human heart, or does the heart always win?
The film features a stellar ensemble cast, including Menna Shalabi, Karim Fahmy, Mohamed Mamdouh, Gihan El Shamashergy, Salma Abu Deif, Karim Qassem, Mayan El Sayed, and Hassan Malik, with a special surprise from our Guest Star Hesham Maged, hinting at unexpected twists and heightened drama.
“Hepta: The Last Debate” is written by Mohamed Sadeq, with a screenplay by Mohamed Galal and Mohamed Sadeq in collaboration with Norhan Abu Bakr. The film is directed by Hadi El-Bagoury and produced by The Producers, VOX Studios, Film Square, and Immersive.
